Tim J. Larson
Tim J. Larson, J.D., has maintained a private practice of law in Kansas since his graduation from the Washburn University School of Law in 1982. His practice is limited to estate planning and family business planning, with a particular focus on Farm and Ranch Planning in Kansas. Tim J. Larson is a member of the Wichita Bar Association Probate Committee, Wichita Estate Planning Council and the Kansas Bar Association. Mr. Larson is also a founding member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, Inc., a select group of estate planning attorneys from across the country that organize and present various continuing education programs and provide sophisticated estate planning services to clients. Tim Larson is a member of the Elder Law Section Committee for the Kansas Bar Association. Mr. Larson’s law firm, Larson & Brown, PA is located in Wichita, Kansas.
For the past several years Mr. Larson has spoken publicly and has presented continuing education courses to attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and life insurance professionals on estate planning topics. In 2015 Tim J. Larson was a presenter at the annual “Women Managing the Farm” program at Kansas State University. He also presented an estate planning update at the IFACE Program (Investment and Financial Advisors Continuing Education) in April, 2015 sponsored by the Kansas State University Foundation. Other recent speaking and teaching seminars have included Special Needs Trusts: Planning for the Disabled and Elderly in Kansas; What Every Attorney Should Know About Medicaid; Sophisticated Estate Planning Strategies for the Kansas Practitioner; Blended Families and Second Marriages; Advanced Estate Planning Techniques in Kansas; Understanding Qualified Retirement Plan Beneficiary Designations; Kansas Probate, From Start to Finish; Trust Administration: “So, You Are a Successor Trustee?”.
Mr. Larson is a contributing author of three books, “LEGACY: Plan Protect and Preserve Your Estate”, “GENERATIONS: Planning Your Legacy”, and “STRICTLY BUSINESS: Planning Strategies for Privately Owned Businesses, a guide to the use of business entities in estate planning.

Logan M. Brown
Logan Brown was born in Wichita and attended Bishop Carroll High School. He attended college at Fort Hays State University where he received an undergraduate degree in Finance. While at Fort Hays, Logan was a 4-year letterman on the men’s varsity golf team. In addition, he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Logan entered law school at the University of Kansas School of Law only three days after graduating from college. At KU Law, Logan was the recipient of the Enos Hook Scholarship in Law and the Seminole Indian Nation Graduate Law Scholarship. During law school Logan focused on Tax law and Estate Planning courses and graduated in December 2005.
Upon graduation from law school, Logan accepted a position in the Trust Department at one of the regions largest banks in Kansas City, MO. He was responsible for assisting large corporations and professional service firms with ERISA retirement plans.
In January 2008, Logan joined the Offices of Larson & Brown as an associate so he could fully concentrate his practice on Estate Planning and Business Planning. Logan has co-authored and co-presented “The Importance of Utilizing Beneficiary Designations Properly” for the Wichita Financial Planning Association. Logan’s practice includes drafting Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Powers of Attorney, Business Planning, Business Succession, Asset Protection Strategies, Guardian and Conservatorship matters, and other related Estate Planning matters. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Kansas and is a member of the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations. In addition, Logan frequently attends the Wichita Lawyer’s Club and is a member of the Young Lawyers.
Logan and his wife Jennifer reside in northwest Wichita with their two children, Riley and Peyton. Away from work he enjoys playing golf and watching KU Football and Basketball.

Kelsey K. Moore
Ms. Moore graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, specializing in Criminology. Upon graduating from K-State, Kelsey enrolled at Washburn University School of Law, where she graduated with Dean’s Honors in May 2017.
While in law school, Kelsey interned at Larson & Brown during her summer and winter breaks. After passing the bar exam in July 2017, she began working as an associate attorney at Larson & Brown. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Kansas and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association.
Kelsey is pleased to return to her hometown of Wichita to begin her legal career. When she is not at work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, reading, and watching Martin Scorsese movies.
